Have i eaten healthy today?
Your healthiest meal of the day was your snack, but compared to the western diet standard; yes you have eaten healthy today. Incorrect on the bottom portion of your question though; you cannot "make up" for eating poorly one day. It always helps though to get back on track and start eating more like you did today. Keep it up and remember that organic vegetables are undoubtably the healthiest and safest things you can eat. However, make sure to incorporate protein and fat rich foods to maintain balanced meals. And I mean the good fats such as in your coconut and peanut butter. If you want to seriously "build muscle" you may also want to consider fortifying your diet with more protein.
