HELP! WILL THIS CHANGE ME?
I've only been eating fruits and vegetables (and nuts for the protein) for about a while now. I actually used to live like this strictly last year but I would stray away sometimes when I would go out with friends, but I always ate as healthy as possible. It's not so much a diet, but more a life style, since I've gotten so used to it. I actually ate an oat bagel with strawberry cream cheese yesterday and today and I feel really guilty about that...but it keeps me full. I lost 40 pounds last year, and haven't gained any weight back, but I want to lose some more. I used to run a mile a day but now I increased it to 2-3 miles, and I'm continuing to increase it. I currently weight 175-180 (it keeps changing :/) and am a 5'6 female. I guess I carry my weight really well though, but I have this pouch of chub on my lower belly area that I REALLY want to get rid of. I really really really love running, so will that do it for me if I continue doing this? Will I get an almost flat stomach if I run 3 miles everyday and eat healthy in 2 months? I hate those stupid exercise tapes...they make me feel so silly, haha.
