I ate 5 cups of cereal...depressed!!!?
Today I ate a slice of whole wheat with little bit peanut butter, 1 and 1/2 whole wheat pita with 1/2 cup salsa tomato, little bit skim mozzarella shredded cheese, 4 mini plums, a medium banana, 85 calorie cookie, 1 bowl of baby carrots, spinach and lettuce, and 5 small cups of honey bunches of oats with only 1/2 skim milk..I feel very guilty....I just did 30 mins of cardio..do you think I burnt some calories especially from the cereal? Btw I'm 5'4 and 106..I know I'm a fatty but I usually dont eat like his usually super duper healthy...
