I have been on a diet for 2 and a half weeks now, would it be bad if i eat one bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats?
For breakfast I mean, would it be bad for me? I eat less then 1200 calories everyday (or around there) and i exercise 50 minutes everyday except weekends, so yeah would it be bad for me? I am 5'6 female. weigh 143 pounds age 17.
