I ran out of moisturizer!!!!!?

so i use the clinique acne solutions moisturizer and am on my recovery from acne! i had barely enough but it would have to do for tonight. however i have none for 2morrow morning! im leavin for new york at 9 am and my lord and taylorin town doesnt open til 10!!!! i wont be getting back from the city til probably 7. thats when it closes!!!!!! i cant get it in the city cuz my mom wont let me cuz nyc's taxes are higher:( will i break out if i dont use it for one whole day and a morning!??!?!
