Is it safe to eat my homemade protein powder?

i made protein powder by putting , raw rice , oats and pinto beans in the blender nd blended it into powdery form then after my workouts i mix raw eggs with that protein powder ive made and then cook it into scrambled eggs , is that good ?? and can i mix the powder with nesquick smoothies and such lol ? and will my muscles benefit from it?
