What is the name of this toy?

I have this little horse toy made by TOMY in 2002 it has a button on top of it and when you press it it's eyes light up and it sings. The name they gave it is oat. When it moves it two front feet it's ears move as well. It is brown, With a white strip and muzzle and on all four legs it has socks (bands around the leg above the hove). I dug this out of some old toys of mine and got new batteries for him. I know it has some commands or something and either I want to know what the commands are or what the name of the toy is.
