You've got a very healthy diet, actually. I'm a vegetarian, and I *try* to eat healthy, but I have a tendency to give in to junk food and convenience meals. I wish I knew your secret. ;D But yeas, you ate well. If anything, I'd try putting a bit more protein in there (perhaps more beans, peanut butter, etc), but you have plenty of grains, fruits, and vegetables, and no processed foods that I can see. Some stuff to know is to never use chip shavings and really not saw dust either since they have highly sensitive noses and usually get allergies and stuff from that it is alsobharmful to their respitory system and can kill them. use carefresh natural or another type of paper bedding. also, never have just one gerbil since they MUST live in pairs or groups. gerbil and hamster feed are basically the same thing but you want to take out all the sunflower seeds from the mix since its high in fat and eating it everyday isnt healthy. they can be given a couple of sunflower seeds maybe 2-3 times a week at the most. hand taming is also important so make sure to pick up and play with the gerbils about 2 to 3 times a day if not more. never pick up a gerb by its tail. as far as cages go, a 10 gal tank is best with 3-4 inches of bedding at the bottom since they love to dig! make sure they always have chew toys and a shelter for them in the cage. exercise is important so you should get a rolly ball and put them in it.

Help starter issue 84 s10 with 350 hei!! help!!?

i have a 84 s10 with a 350 hei in it. ever since having to replace the starter that was originally with the motor ive been thru living starter hell fiasco! the original worked well for several months and begun to grind a little and it got worse and worse slowly then it was time to replace, just old age. having replaced the starter with the same brand and model p6416s i found that upon initial installation and without shims the starter purred like a kitten and hit the lick every time. but this only lasts a few days then it gets to just grindin and leavin me stranded (350 turbo auto) the grinding is leaving only very abrasive marks on the flywheel so therefore the ring gear must be too far away from the flywheel but it still manages to bind up somtimes. i put washers below the head of the starter bolts in an attempt to bring the ring gear up higher to make better contact which at first works ok at first but only for a few starts. ive shimmed it every way possible twice even if i knew it to be wrong just to be sure but with no success.i started thinking if the gear is getting binded but the starter is too far away then the starter must be at an angle or something. sometimes when i tighten the starter back up it will have a little play, but not always. i finally noticed that the starter is on top of part of the s10 frame and the starter MAY not be resting where it should because of about 1/32 inch of metal frame. the way it rests MAY cock the starter slightly to the side but very little, also it MAY be pushing the starter away from the flywheel as well. im considering taking a metal file to the points of contact with the starter but its too close to call if the frame is actually interfering with the starters intended resting place, but as of right now, ive exhausted all other options. i use the diagonal starter bolt holes but theree is another threaded hole in the block which might be for a straight mount starter? ive went thru 6 starters now in the last month, somebody please give me a lead or suggestion, ANYTHING! i know this isnt the first time a 350 hei has been put in a 84 s10 so somebody should know something out there! lol

It's high in fat and will put weight on him, but it will also probably make him a little more hyper.Which the trainer probably won't appreciate. Speaking of trainer,why are you asking us about this. Well when he finaly found a job 6 months later about a month after that we started fighting more. We took a brake for about 4 days and was back together. Everything was ok for a little while. Then we just keeped fighting so i would leave for 2-4 days. He wouldnt call i would be freeking out calling him and texting him and we would get back together. Normal when we break up he wont call for a couple days if his phone is on he will turn it off. Well this time around he still calls me everyday and he will stay on the phone for a while. Sometimes he will call 2 times a day but normaly its only when he gets off work or right before he goes to bed. He hasnt said anything thing about us gettin back together. GreenPois0n iPod Jailbreak not working?

I have attempted to jailbreak my iPod touch 2nd Gen with version 4.2.1, 4 times actually, but I still run into the same problem. After entering "DFU Mode" where I hold the sleep button for 2 seconds, both the sleep and home button for 10 seconds, and only the home then for 15 seconds, but afterwards, when i click "jailbreak" I see no progress in the bar, for as long as 25 minutes. I was told to hold the home button throughout the jailbreak, but that did not work either. I repeatedly set my ipod back to factory settings with no apps, no music, and no pictures. Jailbroken iPhone: problems with Cydia and Blackra1n uninstallation. Please help?

I have attempted jailbreaking my iPhone, Blackra1n appeared to work correctly. I went on to it and installed Cydia and the app icon was then present. But when I ran Cydia, it never got past the "Loading Data" screen. I looked in various places online for help and so I eventually ended up uninstalling Blackra1n. But the Cydia app is still there. And when I tried to re-jailbreak, the Blackra1n app did not show up on my phone, but Cydia is still there. Please help? THANKS

What are my options regarding a doctor being very rude?

Here is my story and bear with me. it is somewhat long. I have had ankle problems for almost 17 years now. Two failed surgeries, 8 cortisone shots, 5 rounds of physical therapy, 6 months of minimal weight bearing, 4 pair of orthodics, many NSAID prescriptions later and I am still having a lot of trouble. Things were going well until 4 months after my second surgery. My ankle pain returned with a vengeance. This was in early May, 2011. My second surgery was done in January. I have been referred to a pain clinic, but cannot get an appointment for another month. My general doctor is also on maternity leave for another 6 months. I have had multiple pain medication prescriptions filled, but they were only filled by one doctor. I also only take these medications if I must, like at night when I am in immense pain. Today, I scheduled an appointment with a physicians assistant. She was the only one available for a few days. She did not even look at my chart and accused me of being a drug addict when I am by no means an addict. She was very rude and was making me out to be the problem when all I came in for was legitimate moderate to severe left ankle pain. She dismissed me off as a "pill seeker." I thought to be an addict you need to have physical and mental addiction to these medications. I do not at all. I am a legitimate, hard working mother who unfortunately has to wait until July to see a pain specialist, and then this fall, I need to have an OATS procedure done. Between now and that point, I am unsure. All I want to know is, what can be done besides calling the administrative office at the clinic? Would I have a legal case due to her malpractice? She dismissed my pain and did not examine me, or look at my chart. Thank you all very much and God bless.

My boyfriend is psycho?

So my boyfriend in my opinion is great and we are perfect for each other but I'm convinced he needs some help and that there's some aspects about him that can contribute to a very unhealthy relationship. For example he tried to commit suicide several times before and there's scars all over him as a souveneir. He says that I'm the only reason he hasn't done it again which is sweet but scary.... I have an iPod touch 2 gen. It is running on 4.2.1 and I intended on jailbreaking it. I downloaded gp rc6 and followed all the steps and making sure I did nothing wrong. At the point of jailbreaking, my iPod white screened, but never started filling my screen with code. It stays white screened and then it says jailbreak failed so I unplug and hard reboot. I have also tried this with gp rc5_b2 and same problem occurs. Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

Cant authorise ipad on itunes ipad is now empty!!?

I updated my ipad to firmware 4.3.3.. My partner came along and tried to jailbreak it using the program "spirit"... He assumed the jailbreaking didnt work for some reason.. He used the ipad and turned it completey off.. I went to use it the next morning and the icon came up with the white usb cord and told me to connect it to itunes.. I assume since it ws jailbroken and turned off u have to restore it to work again.. Ive been told once u jailbreak it and it turns off it will never turn back on.. So now the ipad is empty cant turn it on past the page that says connect to itunes.. Why am i still very hungry after eating oatmeal of all foods?

I'm so confused because I read and heard from others that oatmeal is a very filing food and keeps you full for a long while. Well it doesn't for me. This morning I had a MASSIVE bowl of oatmeal (not the instant kind but actual quick oats i bought from my local farmers market and cooked for 15 minutes). In addition to that giant bowl of oatmeal i also had like 5 huge handfuls of dry cereal, like 10 unsalted mini pretzels, and like 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese. And to wash that all down i had a hot cup of green tea, and after all that i was still hungry for more food. If it helps at all i'm a male, going to be 19 in August, i'm 5'5" and 121 pounds with like 9% body fat. I work out/exercise 6-7 days a week which includes minimum of 40 minutes of running on the treadmill and an hour of lifting weights.

That sounds fairly normal to me-- it doesn't sound like you have an eating disorder. Eating breakfast is healthy, keep doing that. Eat something for lunch... other than that you sound pretty normal. Everyone metabolizes food differently, and you may just have a fast metabolism and a thinner body type. I inherited one from my dad, I'm 5'5" 106 lbs. Just eat three meals a day, if you aren't hungry/starving yourself then it simply sounds like you don't have an eating disorder.

So i just noticed that most of us have been through alot since we were born around 1993,1994,1995 around that year... and i feel all that has happend between those years and know we have lost most of our childhood memories. first of all ill tell u why i was motivated to write this i just watched toy story 3 yes i now it late but the end made me really sad and rember back to to the good old days. I have celiac but I am not advised to cut oats out of my diet, strangely, and I never have constipation. It may just be me, but I think it would be a smart decision to get a blood test or a biopsy to check. So many people don't realize they have this intolerance. If taking oats out of your diet helped that much, I think switching to a gluten- free diet would be a really smart decision. But again, I say you should get it checked out. My health improved dramatically as soon as I switched.

K-I know I'm going to sound really stupid and pathetic, but whatever because I don't know you people. I don't know if it's hormonal or what, but I've been in this funk for the past almost year or so where I crave to be loved, held, and all of that pretty much every hour that I'm awake. Someone of your weight does not need to be so concerned and track what you eat, just eat healthy and eat when you feel hungry and don't eat when you are not and you will be fine! your body wont lie to you and tell you you are hungry when you are not.

I have a friend who is dating this guy. He has a son with someone else but my friend is just now finding out about it. Basically this guy lied to her about that other things. Eczema is ruining my life?

I had loads of Eczema when I was younger but I somehow managed to get rid of it, I'm now 14 and it has come back, I have really bad eczema on my arms, legs, thighs, the back of my neck and I sometimes get itchy on other random parts as well.
