Please answer me in details..!!?

well.. i joined a dietician and lost 6kg... she said my weight loss is gonna be permanent and slow.. but my dad refused to carry on with all this further.. now i want to lose at least 10kg more in 5 months... i recognized her diet and these days i follow the same diet but without any guidance.. it's not working much... i'm not losing any weight.. what should i do now? she gave me oat bran, wheat bran, fruits and vegetables, salads, high protein including cheese, egg whites, roasted chicken etc., oatmeal, daliya, and she told me to do a brisk walk for just 30 mins everyday.. please make sure what you tell me shows permanent results..
