What is this iPod game called?

It was a war game that on your turn you moved all of your units. To win you had to destroy the enemy base or get rid of all their units. I played it on my friends iPod, so it could be a jailbreak only game, if so can you also give the source it's under. 10 points to whoever helps ! Also there's a game for PC, it was the same thing just with soldiers. Anyclue ?
