No mam' it does not. Shockingly (: it would take something major like more major than a car wreck to hurt that lil one if there is one. Think of your uterus like.. a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and the baby as like a lemon seed. You put the seed in the middle of the sandwhich and its going to be protected veryyy well. Between all the tissue and fluids it is just fine.
