Help me I need to know if I am doing alright with my diet ? Answer all my questions. Ten point ?
Breakfeast: 25 oz. of Green Tea A bowl of quaker oats ( original ) with a bananna and a tablespoon of cinnamon ( I heard spices speed up the metabolism ) Snack: 50 oz. of water and sometimes whole grain rye crackerd 25 calories each ( 1-3 times a week ) Lunch: 25 oz. of water, sometimes veggies or fruit, or today I had ten peices of streamed shrimp. Snack : Veggies or fruit . And 25. oz of water Dinner: 25. oz of water. Chicken or fish or sometimes a veggie burger patties wrapped in lettuce ( my version of sushi ) with veggies such as squash, corn, carrots, peas, lettuce, bell pepper salad, broccili, and celery. ( I dont eat all of these at the same time ) Snack: 25 oz. of water and fruit ethier a grapefruit, two plums, or a friut salad ( with Pineapple, melon, or watermelon ) Workout: 30 mins. Level 1 yoga meltdown and 3O mins. Cardio . Questions: Is it possible to get fat from eating too much fruit and veggies. How can I improve my diet? What can i change ? Am I eating too much ? plz help
