How many of you have been with Alltel when they switched to AT&T ... continued inside?

At&t sucks. I had internet with for like a week. We couldn't even get 1 bar for service. I went with Verizon. I have been trying to get a refund for two months. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. I just want my money.
