How to use iPhone on AT&T $50 unlimited plan?

I just added the $50 unlimited plan on AT&T for my iPhone which gives me the unlimited Talk, Text and Web but the web is restricted to smartphone users.. I understand this but I'm sure there is a way to bypass this.. I tried using the unlockit method but it didn't work.. Does anyone out there know how I can use the unlimited Data? I am currently on iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3 and I can jailbreak it.. Please help!!!
